Connector high speed heater fan.

What can I do to change that
Connector that’s stuck without any
Play between fender and engine compartment. One for high heater
Fan. Don’t want to take fender off..

I just crimped a new female spade connector onto the red wire. I took a butane torch and first melted off the yellow plastic cover on the spade connector.
