cold air intake / fuel canister

ok this might seem like a dumb question. I have a maf pipe and ls1 maf. I also have a cone filter. The canister is in the way. ive seen the intakes with the canister still in the same spot how did you guys make it fit? Im ready just to buy the premade one, tin man or what ever. If you have pictures you can post that would be great!

I moved mine down onto the frame rail.
