Cloudy Bumper Filler

The rear bumper filler on my low mileage GN has turned cloudy. The vehicle has been inside under a cover since new, so it is not sun damage. From what I have read this has been a common occurrence. Anyone know why and how to fix without repainting? TIA

Happens to all of them...paint oxidizes...I haven't found anything to counteract it...I wipe it with a wet towel first..then some spray detailer and buff it shiny again...but next time I go to take the car out...it's the dull haze again...if you find out how to keep it from coming back let me know...

replace it--They won't come back!

Yep, not too much longer after the hazing and wiping for awhile mine just started to get hairline cracks in a couple spots, time for some new ones soon.
