Chip Re-burn for MAF Upgrade?

I am going to be replacing my stock MAF sensor with a LT1 sensor and translator. I currently have a TT chip. From what I read, it sounds like I do not need a re-burn but I wanted to double check on this. Any information on this is appreciated.

Thanks,
Scott

hello people; Go to the forum at TT site for the answer. I did ask him that question and nothing is needed for a TT 5.6 chip when going to upgrade the MAF and translater added.

The Translator was designed to be compatible with all chips, so you are fine.

There are chips available that take more advantage of the Translator, but your existing chip will work the same way it always has.

Hello people; I'am glad the TT guy is here as you just told me on your site the MAF sensors are going all plastic. Tell the truth what do you think of that?
