Chassis flex

Figured I would share this, I have a frame and she'll I'm fixing up mine is beyond repair....
I wanted to stiffen it up and add some bracing plus weld up the factory seams. I had it siting on jack stands when I pressed down on one corner one side of the frame would lift 8 to 10" before the other side would come off the jack stand.
I welded 4"x1/8 plate into the channel here is a video showing the after.

Not everyone does facefu-k Larry, so they won't be able to see the vid. You might try posting pics of it sitting and then lifted so others can see how bad they really are. After boxing and bracing mine still has a little flex but nothing like it was when I got it.

It's truly amazing just how much flex these frames have. My frame is heavier now but the difference in rigidity is huge.
