I have C-Com 1.303 installed and running on my car and recently received the 1.40 version and installed it on my laptop. How do I install it on the ECU and use my current calibrations with the new software? Thanks in advance!! Awesome forum!!

You don't need to install it on the ECU. Newer versions of C-Com are in general, backward compatible with older ECUs.

What`s the difference between the two?

It's hard to say. Usually changes are made between releases that are relatively minor and get released all at once in a version upgrade. There have really been no major changes since 1.303 except for a communications port initilization modification to get around a bug in Windows handling of a DOS prompt RS-232 problem that affected some faster PCs running Windows 98 and ME. Any other changes are relatively insignificant.
