Champion fuel rails

Hey guys, I have a champion off center intake with their fuel rails. It's their rail that utilizes a factory style fuel pressure regulator. Does anyone know the size of the spacers that goes between the rail and the regulator? Called champion but they dont return calls in a timely manner lol.

I've got a set of Champion Fuel Rails for use with the factory style FP regulator sitting in a box in my garage. Lemme run out and measure the spacers up for ya! Shouldn't be too difficult to have a pair of these machined up

Here’s some pics with dimensions, you’ll need to have 2 of these aluminum spacers machined. If you’re running a Kirban’s Aluminum FPR you’ll need to also install 2 thin washers in order for his Adj FPR to fit properly. If you’re running an Accufab, no need for these washers as it’s a direct fit

Thank you. I noticed that kirbans regulator will not work because the body hits the rail prior to the gasket sliding into the rail itself. The two washers you are mentioning in order to run the kirbans regulator. Assuming they space the regulator out but then the return outlet and gasket doesnt reach the hole in the rail. I am assuming I am over looking something lol?

After discovering that Kirbans Billet Aluminum FPR hit the rail before searing the O ring, I simply installed two thin washers behind the spacers which then allowed the Kirbans FPR to fit snugly without interfering with the fuel rail.
O ring engagement was sufficient enough with no fuel leakage at tat point . I did not remove the fuel feed line from the bottom of the FPR during my switch over from the stock fuel rail to the Champions since I was already running Kirbans FPR in the first place.
If you’ve got to machine the spacers anyway, I’d suggest increasing their length to compensate for having to add the thin washers .
