Cam & turbo help - “budget build”

I have been out of Turbo Buicks for about 5 years now but since retiring from the Navy in May I finally picked up another GN that I am building. I have a built Stage II/ TH400 combo waiting for install, but I’ll do that later down the road. For now I will be running a 109/200R4:

Ported heads & intake
3200 LU conv
Razors alky
120’s (already have for S2, might as well use)
Car is not a daily
I am trying to decide what cam and turbo to run. Not wanting to put the $ into a BB turbo. I also don’t have roller rockers, but if it’s a must I can pick some up. If a smaller cam can get away with no adjustable rockers, I could do that. (Got to save $ for the S2 fuel/efi systems)

Precision PT6266 CEA and RevX 215/220?

Anyone have good luck with Work or VS Racing turbos? I get pretty decent deals on Precision/ BW/ Work turbos, and even better on VS from one of my distributors. VS have killer prices, and I know a lot of the LS guys run them.

212/212 or 218,billet 64mm turbo,roller rockers is the way to go.
