Brake advice, what direction to go for a somewhat experienced noob.

Or you can do front blazer 2wd drive spindles with blazer hub, front c6 14” rotors and 6 piston calipers and 4 piston rear 13” rotor Kore 3 brake hoses and brackets with vacuum or hydroboost, maybe even manual brake system. Lowered mine with aldan american coilovers.
Suspension is all front UMI stuff, and rear is metco motorsports.

Is there a kit for those rear brakes?

I’ll have a ridetech street grip suspension set up for sale soon. I installed it last winter and only put maybe 500 miles on it. Was a good set up but to low for my liking. It lowered the car 2” all the way around. Here is a picture with ridetech street grip installed. I paid $2500 shipped to my door. If someone is interested I’ll sell for $1000 plus shipping.

I’m a recent hydroboost lover! They’re not a quick install like vacuum, but there’s no need for extra fancy big discs and so on. You do need a modified ps pump if you want the extra power to hold a lot of boost off the line!

I spent xtra $ and went with Kirban’s kit, but had to go with many different an fittings to suit my OCD neatness and appearance needs, Let me know if you want additional info.

Thier site is not the greatest... and this may not even be on thier site... but you can call them , they were very helpful. The part number is 7887swbk-s.. C5 spindle (stock height) brake kit. $649 for everything, spindles, calipers, rotors, lines... it was like $749 with tax/shipping.

I had the spindles powers coated for $50...

It took me 10 times longer to get my old spindles off as it did to reassemble everything... you do need 18" whells to fit these though...

I have a question. Are the studs the same as stock? The reason I ask is I don't see black covers on your lug nuts.

I'm going to go with the Kirban Vacuum kit as well as the SS brake lines. They don't have stock on the kit at the moment. A couple of days ago she mentioned they expect a new shipment in this week so I will follow up tonight. I won't be looking a building a drag car this time around, so i won't need the added strength of hydro boost. I just want to make sure the car stops safely with me and family in it. :)

Yes I would like to have a break out of the part list. I was thinking about going with a different master cylinder. I have already sent my power steering pump to turn one and had it modified to handle more line pressure. Your install looks beautiful. I roam OCD

@Jared31 I'm in the middle of a hydroboost conversion. I'm using the AC Delco 18M95 master cylinder (purchased via eBay) which I don't have installed yet but should work well based on my research and a test fit. I'm planning to install a full parts list and install guide once my install is complete. Below is the link to my current thread on the planning and install:
