Your question is legit. The comment is off. A Regal is not a Grand National.

No- I have never seen a Regal with black-out trim with black fillers.

Why in the hell would you want black bumper fillers on a non black car? Is it some sort of ricer shit so you can pretend it's carbon fibre or just to be lazy since spoolfools fillers come in black?
