TA-49 I put new bushings in the turbo but the shaft still seems loose. it is not fully assembled yet, just test fitted. Is it possible the bearing housing is worn out? i thought the bronze would wear out before the cast iron would, but i can see it moving in the housings, mainly on the compressor side. The turbine wheel also rubbed the heat shield , so some kind of thrust issue also. What are people using as a quality replacement? i see them on ebay for like $25.
