Anyone have the Jensen CD-515K stereo?

Looking to see if anyone has the Jensen CD515K detachable face CD player, or has any experience with one. Mine works great, with the exception of the volume control knob. It does not change the volume anymore. Just last nite, I think I figured out the problem though. The face releases when the button is pushed and tilts down. When the face it attached, I noticed that if your push the top right corner, the volume knob will work. Seems like the face is not making enough contact until you push the corner in. Wanted to see if anyone knows if there is anything I can adjust on this unit? I was about to buy a single din unit to replace it, but if I don't have to.....
