I never did have any luck getting the Bluetooth version to work. I tried multiple laptops / phones. They did swap me out to a WiFi version and I shipped the bluetooth one back to them. WiFi does work fine with the laptop, but I would like to find a longer cable since my ECU is in the engine compartment.

2022 Update:
Engine is totally installed & "done". Still want to add E85 as an option, but it is drivable now.
Recap for stuff that was deleted from the site:
ECU is in the engine compartment where the battery used to live. I 3D printed a box for it because I couldn't figure out how to run that massive block of wires through the firewall after I had already installed the engine. Whenever I pull the engine again, I'll probably stick it inside somewhere.
The crank trigger is a custom job where the local waterjet place cut out the wheel and I attached it to the balancer. I put the missing tooth at TDC and then mounted the sensor bracket. It would have been a LOT easier to mount the bracket first and then just cut out the correct tooth.

I used individual coils mounted directly to an old set of aluminum valve covers.
and made a custom "carb hat" so I would run without an intercooler initially. It has since been replaced with an intercooler & normal "hat".
The car has been packed away since last fall and I haven't broken it out yet. I still need to put a few hundred more miles on it before I start cranking up the boost. The trans is a stock rebuild and won't last long, but I have a BRF to run up to Janice transmissions whenever I get some time.
The newest addition has been sucking up most of the time lately.

So it creates a hotspot off your phone? Or am I totally off-base? My end goal is to run shadow dash on my android head unit. Thanks, Scott

The adapter makes its own wireless hotspot and then you connect to that. The software treats the connection as a virtual com port and Tuner Studio works through it that way. I haven't tried with any type of tablet, but I'm interested to hear about whatever you learn. My stock dash / gauges suck and I get real tired of driving around with a laptop on the passenger seat.
