88 Mazda RX 7 Roller set up for a Buick Turbo V6 and a 200R4

Anyone know of a good shop on the west side of Michigan? Grand Rapids area? Was hoping to learn how to do the rebuild with my dad but..... long story short, that's not happening. Ever.
Needs gone over, I know the gaskets are all shot since the nickname "puddles" fits and I'm pretty sure I can hear a lifter tick too.
