'84 61,000 mile GN? What's it WORTH?

I have a mustang for sale on an internet site and was opffered a trade by a guy with an '84 GN it is 100% stock with 61,000 miles, I am looking to get $8,500 out of the Mustang is the Gn worth $8,500 for an even trade?

might be a nice 84 GN, but at this point they don't seem to fetch nearly $8500 for one with 61k miles.
