The short travel will get the most possible out of a hydraulic lifter but the preload must be set very accurately. Almost identical performance to a solid but a little heavier than a solid.

These are ground flat, steel, and don't require modifying the adapter. Also has the slot to minimize debris scoring the gears and plate which KB does not have
