Here's my ttype:

1986 Buick Regal T-Type
Former SoCal car located in KY
Clean title in my name, clean Carfax. I am 3rd owner.
Asking $15k

73k miles
Exterior: Black with blackout trim (WO2) and chrome bumpers (car was taken to the metal and repainted a few years ago and since then it has rarely been out- Maybe 200 miles in the past few years), weatherstrip is original with a small imperfection above driver's door, New rubber gaskets under all 3 door/trunk locks, all of the rubber door bumpers are present, Also has rare ASC sunroof (in good working condition) as well as power antenna (also in good working condition), no window tint, rear defrost option, proper hood ornament, Over $300 in NOS OEM GM emblems (none have been affixed but, all are present and correct). Also has staydown license plate holder.

Interior: Grey Buckets and floor shift with new OEM Grey shifter handle (very clean, seats still have firm foam, carpet shows light wear in footwell but is still very nice), tilt steering wheel, NOS grey door pulls, Stock radio (non csII), New Boston Acoustics 3.5" dash speakers and New Alpine 6x9 rear deck speakers, Ice cold A/C (R34 conversion), fresh headliner, new embroidered OE style front floor mats, OEM jack, handle, mounting pieces/assembly, tire, and cardboard space filler all in place, black OE style trunk mat, Correct OEM GM grey valve stem caps included (5 total), good dash pad and cover; steering wheel has cover on it- nothing wrong with wheel, I merely prefer a thicker wheel.

Factory Lightweight. (no power windows, seat, locks, or cruise; aluminum front and rear bumpers, aluminum drums, lightweight aluminum RJC Crank pulley)

Engine: Stock, number's matching 109 block. Ported and polished 8445 heads with new springs and valve job, port matched intake manifold, 50lb msd injectors, matched TT chip, Kirban OEM style plug wires, new AC Delco plugs, brand new Walbro fuel pump with hotwire kit, stock turbo, ported inlet bell, ported exhaust elbow, stock I/C, new front and rear main seals, new oil pan seal, lightly ported front cover, new Double roller timing chain with billet cam button, new front cover gasket, new valve cover gaskets, new fuel rail pressure gauge, new black accufab adjustable fuel pressure regulator, 160* t-stat and billet t-stat housing, new cam position sensor, new crank sensor, newer battery, new OEM metal heater control valve, Correct 9-hole hood pad

Suspension: new Bilstein rear shocks, new MOOG springs in the rear, new front rotors, bearings and pads, vacuum brake conversion

Transmission: original stock- no shift kit, fresh fluid and filter 200 miles ago, G80 Posi rear

Tires and Wheels: Currently on 8" WELD Prostars. used 275 DR's and new 225/15's up front. Also comes with OE ttype rims and a set of four OEM Eagle GT (Raised white letter as per RPO) tires in good condition (for shows), very nice and tight feeling ride.

Exhaust: stock style replacement with stock position muffler, cat still in place (no guts), new NOS cat hanger, exhaust tips are not correct OEM slash cut but rather, terminate just before rear tires (sounds very good, no drone)

Car is 98% stock appearing save for the afpr, fuel rail gauge, vacuum conversion and exhaust. It pulls hard when pushed.

Issues: There seems to be a small oil leak from the rear of a valve cover or intake manifold that runs down the back of the block. I’ve hunted for it but not found it. (I rarely drive the car so it’s not been a priority). In the passenger side rear of the decklid there is some touch up. A rake scratched the paint and I applied the touch up- You can hardly see it but I see it and it still bugs me.

Extras: GM Archive docs, Invoice docs, Repro window sticker, owners manual and related docs, build sheet, a set of correct Original Goodyear Eagle GT’s (raised white letter) tires, and for a few hundred more I’ll throw in a new re-manned powermaster

I do not have access to a lift and I have a crappy camera. I have tried to get undercarriage pics but it all comes out blurry. There have never been any rust issues with either car. Both from SoCal and continuously garage kept.

More pics:

All Pm's answered. Any other questions?
Probably going to ebay next week.
These cars have to go.

Apparently, I'm having a hard time loading full size pics. I will have this corrected this evening.

nope. I'm a little slow when it comes to listing. I have lots of other crap on my plate right now.
My plan is to list both cars on various sites when I have the time.
If you have interest, now's your chance. Site members get first shot.

Are all the body bushings in place? Also, you say 'These cars have to go' so I'm assuming you have more than one for sale? If it's another TB, can you share? I may have missed it above.

I may have two folks interested in it. It's a very nice car.

TIA,
Sean

There's also an 86 GN. Look up my other post in the for sale section...

Not sure what you mean by body bushings in place... Are there bushings? Yes, from the factory. Are they new? No.

If you know people who are interested, tell them to pm or email me and I will answer any questions they may have.

I know some were missing from the factory. I didn't know if you may have put new ones in during the paint job. No worries.

Thanks!!

Actually, they've been on my list for both cars but 1) this ttype rides pretty tight already- not sure how much improvement it would see, 2) I rarely ever drive these cars anymore- just too busy with all the other crap life throws my way.. so, a lot of my plans have fallen by the wayside.

Anyway, this is still a spectacular car that deserves a good home and a driver! Someone come and buy this car!!! :D
