120PSI From Alky Pump

I had suspected a failing Alky pump at the end of the season so I purchased a new pump and the test kit from Julio, I am only getting 120-125 psi out of the pump with the gain maxed out. I have read new pumps will put out 160ish.
How much pressure is needed to get full delivery from the nozzle?
at what point is a dual nozzle kit needed?

Mark, try the tester with the engine running. Make sure you check for leaks with the tester. Also check the filter.

Just Curious why with the engine running I tested mine last week key on and Gain Knob on 8 and had 160psi.I had 2 small leaks from the Head tightened up the Torque Screws and leaks are gone.My pump is around 1 1/2 years old.

Because that is what the pump will really see for volts when you are driving.

If you're just looking for leaks then that's fine. If you looking at the pressure the pump is making then check it with the engine running.
