What is the ARP hardware all about? I mean, what is it that is ARP? And is joe ruggles someone that has put out a lot of power on this block or something? Just curious since you mentioned the name like he might have been.

I just googled ruggles, AND jim ruggles and seriously, I found pretty much nothing. I found a lot that had to do with bakerys, resaraunts and ruggles mine. Im not trying to be an idiot, but I seriously dont know what that ruggles thing is all about. Can you just explain it?

Ruggles wrote the Stage I performance book. Literally and figuritively.

He was messing with strengthening the V6 back before time.

He is a blast from the past. Jim also did the V6 nascar series. He built a ton of engines that have gone as fast as they do now...maybe even faster back then. The ARP hardware is only in the lower end to hold the main caps on, just a little better then stock. He also has done somethings to the block that only he used to do when he built you a motor. I have the build sheet explaining all the stuff he did, but it's in storage and i would have to find it. He was way ahead of his time.
