    rattling sound

    Mine makes the same sound. I was thinking it was the torque converter but was not sure. I had Jason Krammer (Race Jace) check it out and he also said it was the converter.

    My TR is a salvage title. I would get more parting it out then selling the whole car because of the branded title.

    Who has done this before?

    I am thinking of doing the same thing with my TR. A turbo LS motor would be awsome. I even went to my local auto recycler and they had a dozen LS motors ranging from 5.3L to 6.0L already pulled on pallets ready to go. My TR is a salvage title so I have no problem doing the swap.
