Will these fit a stage 2 off center block. The part numbers read 0101. H&R states to go with the 0104 for stage 2. Can I get these to fit?

Turbo took a schit, pulled it off and found this. Is a t4 setup supposed to look like this? It looks like there are provisions for a stock turbo on this flange along with the T4 bolt holes.

Is it normal for a roll bar to squeak? Its a 6 point with swing outs. The swing out bars aren't in the car but, it squeaks whether they are in or out. Want to know if this is normal or need to take it to a chassis shop to have it checked.
