The exhaust video with the noise was before I sold it back in 2010, and was something in the valve train. According to the current owner, Nick McHale replaced the cam. I don't know if it still has the noise...but I doubt it. The heads were never taken off the car in the 23 years I owned it.

You might try setting the timing several degrees (not sure how many..5-10) ahead or behind to see if that makes a difference. Maybe someone else will post a suggestion on how many degrees ahead or behind you might try.
