My new alternator has a negative lug and I want to run a cable from the battery to the lug. I want to follow the positive cable. I was wondering if someone has the length of the positive cable to the alternator so I can get a better estimate of how much cable to buy. Thanks.

My car is in storage and I can't get to it. Anyone happen to know what gauge wire the Casper's battery cable set is? I know the alternator wire is 6 gauge.
