    Cant bleed brakes right

I hear you but I power bled with the Motive power bleeder and bled it also with speed bleeders. And did this several times after each time it was re-opened. Is the clicking sound a definite indication that there is still air in the system? Can air get stuck in the prop valve? When bleeding do...

    Cant bleed brakes right

Can someone help. Since my first post I have replaced the master cylinder and prop valve. I have a vacuum setup. I bench blend the MC and power bled all 4 wheels about 1/2 cup fluid each. Then installed quick bleeders and bled my pumping the brakes- about 1/2 cup on each wheel. Still my prop...

    Cant bleed brakes right

I recently installed line lock and in troubleshooting the way it works I replaced the proportioning valve with a new one thinking it went bad. I bled the brakes and went for a drive. One of the fittings to the solenoid started to leak and the brake light started to come on. So I fixed the leak...

    Line lock question

It looks like there is a bypass valve internally. I thought I tested backwards on the 2nd one but I did not. My mind is going. So it hold pressures when the outlet is plumbed to a clear hose. I can slam on the brake and nothing comes out when the solenoid is energized. Now I connect everything...

    Line lock question

Hi, I installed the B&M 46075 Launch Control Solenoid on the rear line coming out of the mc but when energized it still allows pressure to the rear brakes. I disconnected the output and piped it to a clear pipe to see what it's doing. When energized and lightly pressing the brakes it holds but...

Chip is 6.0 burned for Alky. Motor was rebuilt last year. Stock heads. Btw I have another pl file with it in drive if you want to look. :) Thanks for the info. I will also investigate if there are brake upgrades or improvements that won't break the bank.

    1st time track run

I am leaning towards upgrading to a tr6 and using the 2 step function. I tried doing the s10 pistons and 2 large shoes many years ago but I did not like the way the brakes reacted with street driving.

    1st time track run

Yeh. I goofed on this run and left in in OD. And yes 60 foot times suck because I could not hold any more than 1 or 2 lbs of boost.

    1st time track run

It was 50 to 55F. Wide band on pl showed 10.7 to 10.8 the whole run. I never tuned with nb so I don't know what it should look like.

    1st time track run

Hi. 1st time at the track 30 years. 1nd run 11.9, 2rd run 11.6 @118mph. ~2.0 60ft time. Here is a picture of the log. Is the 02mV normal to drop somewhat? Does the o2mv coincide with the wideband? There is some boost creep and I see that fuel is being added but why does the 02mv start to...

    Heater valve vacuum problem

Thanks. I rechecked the check valve but with a compressor and it does leak. Also thanks for the suggestion regarding putting water through it. With a garden hose it does leak even though it appears to be closed.
