    Anyway to calibrate a VDO water temp gauge?

    My VDO gauge read 20-30 deg's high when I had a ground problem. Called a placed that worked on them and they suggested to solder all connections and run a ground from the gauge directly to the engine block. I fixed my ground problem and solder all conections and now it reads 10 deg's high...

    After the exh leak, look for a leak on the pressure side of the turboto the intake. I had a hose clamp at the exit lose. It would spike then drop way back and take awhile to build boost back. Ken 87 GN

    Is .002 valve guide clearance OK

    I'm doing my own heads and know that .002 is ok with a N/A motor, but just making sure for a turbo motor. The valves are new Stainless Steel. I will be using the stock valve stem seals on the intake and the exhaust.
