    CAF valve bodies

I don't know what calibration the transgo kit has but I should be able to manually shift if I really wanted to. And just leave it to shift however it is set.

    CAF valve bodies

It's no race car and I don't think I've reved it to much past 4500 with the powerglide to be honest. It is pulling very well still at that rpm. I guess around 5000-5200 would probably be fair I guess.

I'm also waiting for rear selective washers and I've gone with a transgo hd2 with servo. By the time I had a CK kit and servo...

    Hi from Australia

Thanks mate. From what I've read Dave is the man. I already have a good core and I'm collecting bits when I can afford it. I've got most the hard parts sorted except the forward drum . I'll talk to Dave about that and a soft parts kit. It's a bit of a long term project though as I'm waiting for...

    Hi from Australia

Hi members Thought I'd better introduce myself after gleaning info from here for quite a while. I don't own a Buick and they aren't common over here. I do have a bit of a thing for '56 2 doors though. And the g bodies of course. That brings me to the reason I've searched the forums and joined...
