OK... so when I turn my left blinker on the front works fine but both left and right rear flash. Turn on my right blinker and the front works fine but both rear flash. Now when I turn on my headlights and use either blinker they both work as they should. Emergency flashers work as they should...

I have a TT chip 5.7. I have followed directions exactly and I cannot get into the program to adjust fuel %. Scan tool will not flash after pressing pedal down as instructed to. What could that be?? Chip problem??
