I didnt know what this was so I removed it when I installed the new maf. After some research I am going to reinstall

Engines far from stock but going to reinstall the tornado tonight.

Ok another thing was there was a small round disc behind the maf. I think it's called a tornado. I removed this to get the 3.5 maf to install. I see these things restrict the air to prevent compressor surge. Learning more everyday!

There that's a little more info. My brother inlaw who kinda got me into these cars says my intake and plenum both seem larger than stock too but I have no info on them

The chip was burned for my combo but the previous owner had it done. Now I am having other issues. I think the O2 sensor is bad. Running super rich and unburnt fuel coming from exhaust at times. Occasionally stabilizes then after a few minutes starts stumbling again.

Ok my car has ran pretty good for the last year or so but I decided to check out thos power logger since it came with the car. It has a turbo tweak chip in the car. How do you set the targeted afr. It seems it's set at 0.0 and the car is doing a correction factor of 100 trying to get it there...

Lol yes all scan master numbers are good. I am experiencing some slight knock starting arround 10lbs of boost. Could this be a result of a bad connection or weak pack?

Ok so I changed the plugs and wires and it didnt do a thing. I then tapped on one of the coil packs with my hand and it changed idle slightly. So I smacked it a few more times. Idles perfect now and no more missing. Seems like a temporary fix. I am about 100% certain I found my issue anyway.

All fixed and ready for some cruising. The knock must have been false caused by all the loose and broken parts rattling. It cleared up with repairs
