My car at the track is shifting @6200 bouncing off the rev limiter sometimes. How do I go about lowering the shift point? I backed off the TV a click or two with that not helping. I assume it's in the govenor, yes?

Could someone please describe the wiring and vacuum line plumbing for the dual solenoid setup? Is it basically a parallel setup with the wires tapped into to go to the 2nd solenoid and the vacuum hose teed into?

I believe a spark plug should have a golden brown or tan color if running properly, but mine are of a rust color. What does this indicate if anything? I've checked spark plug analysis webs but couldn't find anything on rust colored plugs. TIA

Can anyone advise me which part in the aternator needs replacing when it pulsates. At night all my lights will pulsate in accordance with RPM's, slower at low RPM's and faster with higher RPM's. I'm thinking regulator but want to be sure. TIA
