    3.8 s1 off center

    is there a diff front cover for s1 off center or can you use 109 front cover and just redrill and tap new holes?

    which way do you turn the atr boost controller(grainger style) to increase boost? clock wise or counter?

    1/4 or 1/2

    is it better to adjust valves with 1/4 or 1/2 turn after zero lash. comb is in sig. also could to much preload cause car to run out at 5500 rpm? mine are set at about 3/8 turn past zero lash.

    motor locked up

    first off its a brand new motor, I made 1 pass ran realy lean 722o2s, turned fuel to 42 line off.20# boost so i turned it down 2 full turns,car ran 7.96 1.69 60' i was taking it easy on new motor shifting at 4500 rpm.now the problem drove to staging lanes after cooldown car was idling fine 800...

    breaking up

    new motor,girdled,30 over speedpros,gn1s,bgc intake,70mm tb te66,55#ers,3'"maf blowthrough,atr headers,th 3 1/2 dp. idles good revs good.breaks up at about 4500 rpm. i have notbeen able to get it on the road yet. any boby have this happen on a new motor. coil pack worked good before...

    Body color?

    I have a friend who has a body shop. he called me today and told me he had a customer thaat has an 84 gn that hes going to paint. he needs to know what color the fire wall is supposed to be. Is it supposed to be body color or satin black? Any help would be apreciated. Thanks.
