Put a new 02 in it with no charge. We put in new tps (even though old tested good ) and blocked off Egr. We did them at same time so not sure which one help. Still has only slight stumble and no more surging at constant throttle. Running out of things to check

You nailed IT BBKJ chip was in it. Just installed new turbo tweak chip and it runs a lot better. But it still feels like it is stumbling a bit. Not as bad as it was. We are going to test o2 sensors now. Did through a code for o2 we cleared it and it hasn't come back
