    Ecugn coil control

On the vehicle side, the brown EGR wire is the one to connect to the yellow wire. The 84/85 connector is different and not directly compatible, as you've found. Eric

PTE TA49 Turbo + Terry Houston 3.5 Down Pipe DP + 3" Chrome Maf Pipe

Some of those scantools force ALDL mode. ALDL mode forces commanded idle to 1000rpm. If a vacuum leak caused a high idle, IAC would likely be 00.

    Average repaint cost?

Can you confirm your MAP sensor is a 3-bar and not the stock 2-bar? Seems odd that the MAP reading fully maxes out at WOT. Do you have a boost gauge?

    Average repaint cost?

That chip has a MAF Lock, so once it locks onto to 255, it won't let go until you start lifting off the throttle. That's why you see that funny MAF signal after the boost starts dropping. Also, it's probably flooding with fuel at that point. The last time I saw a log like that, the car had an...

    E85 injector cleaning

I believe this should cover it. This doesn't apply to the ecuGN, as it uses the inverse of that number.

Thanks for double checking. I was trying to look through some old logs also, to see what “normal” is.

In that log, at about 0-1 psi boost, you have MAF airflow around 50 gr/sec, normally I would see around 75-100 grams/sec at that manifold pressure. It appears like this might be a MAF issue, or there is a big air leak after the MAF somewhere (like a hose blown off). Also, I noticed your stock...

Almost sounds more like a MAF problem, but lets see what the log looks like.

No, you're the unlucky majority, so don't feel bad. I've never seen one that didn't need return line mods with that pump.(bone stock return line on Buicks, not the TTA, as it flows better) Many people run it that way anyway, and let the BLM's drop to compensate. That log you posted was never in...

First data log with wideband chip

It just so happens you are holding the throttle at a point that is in between two different fuel modes, so the AFR is a bit unstable there. Try to get it set up so you can make a full throttle run, but make sure it doesn't overboost.

    Sd2 no fuel correction.

The SD2 relies on a good connection between the powerlogger and ECM. As the cars get older, sometimes it hard to maintain that good connection. Make sure the powerlogger is not loose and moving around, and the edge connector is clean.

    Sd2 no fuel correction.

Ok, send me a log of it idling, up to temp, so I can see what its doing. Make sure you save the log before you turn off the car, so it will save the tune into the log.

How do you have parameters 2,3,4 set up?

New Laptop , strange AFR readings

It looks like your wideband is dead, so get that fixed up and try again. The computer doesn't know the wideband is dead, so it's adding tons of fuel to try to compensate. You might just have a bad wb sensor.

    Translator question

If that happens, it's likely your MAF was never actually reaching 255 at full boost. Turning up the dial in that case helps it reach 255.

    Translator question

If you want the WOT fuel knob inside the Translator to work, then you need an Extender chip. Or you can adjust WOT fuel using the TurboTweak chip parameters.

Talk me into / out of going SD2

I would just reprogram the 6.1 chip and move on. The SD2 is whole other bag of worms that I generally only recommend for racing, and people that are really good with tuning.
