This is a picture of one of the recent spark plugs I replaced. It has a little more junk on it then when I first pulled it out because it's been in my toolbox. And it's not a putt putt kind of sputtering it like shakes back and forth as if it doesn't wanna go I don't know if that will help...

I've replaced the PCV valve and the line that goes to the vacuum block. And no I haven't done a compression test. How or where could I get that done? I don't know if this matters but I also have oil on the vacuum block
