I have a question for you guys running Razor Alky kit...

255-60/15 Mickeys running 93 octane and straight Methanol injection @ 24lbs of boost on a TE60. I roll on the throttle from a dig to keep from spinning. If I mat it from a dig on the street, I'm up in smoke.

    Charging problem/no power over40mph

Fast87. You can do the do the field fix yourself with wire, a bit of soldering and a 3 wire alternator pig tail from a mid 90s LT1 Camaro.

    Charging problem/no power over40mph

Turn the ignition to "on". Does the volt light on the left side of the dash come on? If not, you found your problem

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

Out of curiosity, why would I want to start logging fuel pressure. Testing it with a gauge, I am building boost 1:1. I mean, I know it would be beneficial to always have it on the fly but is there a specific reason? I am going to move forward with the wire testing, just glad I got over this...

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

Issue has been resolved. Had a second set of eyes look at it yesterday. He found that the grounds from the harness to the back of the driver head was non existent. We found the ground wires and traced them up the passenger fender where they were rigged up, bolted together and connected to a body...

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

Tps at idle is 4.0-4.2. I appreciate the feedback as well, but I really haven't thrown any parts at it to fix. Fuel pump was done two fold. I had no clue what was in there other than what I was told and my fuel rail gauge was reading everywhere. If I was going to drop the tank and go through...

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

Not giving up that's for sure. Taking a step back. Ruled out fuel pump and fuel filter as they are both new, and my issues still persist. Feel like the tail is wagging the dog in my case. Fuel pressure isn't the issue as I have plenty up top, and I am building through boost. Think I am...

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

Yes.. Ran her yesterday with a good quality fuel pressure test gauge. Proved my rail mounted gauge wrong. I'm rising from 43psi to 70psi at 20lbs of boost. New issue(s) now. Car bogs hard at the top of 3rd almost as if airflow is being restricted. Had this happen on my Turbo Neon, but that...

    Low voltage

Pretty sure you're correct on the ECM Earl. I fought hard with this senerio. Voltage displayed on my volt gauge was 13.5v+ but my Powerlogger only saw 12.x volts from the ECM. Chased power and grounds everywhere and after reading a few of your posts as well as a few chats with S. Wood I narrowed...

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

Thx man. Just replace the pump a few days ago per my first post. Used a new fuel line for the pump assembly. No fuel leaks either. I thought the pump was the issue as it only happens when the car is warm. Assumed the pump was heating up and dropping fuel pressure when hot and suspect to...

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

HI again Nick.. So I bumped up the base FP to 50lbs, cap off and it jumped up to about 56lbs cap on which i know is normal. Same exact thing. Cannot get the O2's above 800mv. I pull off to the side of the road, check my FP on the rail gauge and its sitting at 42lbs capped. I know I am spraying...

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

Thanks again for everyone's input!!! Base 50-55psi capped or uncapped? I have replaced one rubber feed line already. This one was from fuel pump steel line to the back of the rear seat firewall. No leaks. Thanks again!!

Looked at the O2, it's a brandy new denso 1 wire. Cross counts move up as they are supposed to on the log / SM.

Pulling hair.. PL logs, running lean new Fuel Pump

Haven't "tested" the pump yet although I did have a bad ground to the pump for which I fixed. It is a rail mount gauge, but I have tested it using a true gauge in the past and I was good. That was till I found this low pressure after a hard run issue.
