The turbo im picking up says it performs best with a 2800 stall, but what are your thoughts on this? I originally was thinking more on a 3000 stall, is there a major difference in the two? What is the best converter at a reasonable budget minded cost? This is for my 84 gn with a 2004r.

I have an 84 GN with what I believe is a stock 2004r. Im making some changes like installing new TA61.5 turbo from work turbochargers, ported intake and new up and down pipes and ported inlet and elbow. The site says the turbo works best with a 2800 stall, but what are your thoughts on this...

Ok im looking at picking up a GT4088R turbo from a friend and need to know if any one has ran one or is running one and how the handle. This one has a 1.06 AR Does anyone know what is a good AR to run? Is that one to big?
