Does a cottons 3inch w ext gate work with stock headers?

Looking at weld rts wheels, will 17x9 work on all 4 corners? they only offer 4.5 or 5 bs or larger...and they don't offer 8.5 or 9.5 wide.... I want them set out as much as possible and rear lips can be rolled if this matters. will this work? Thanks in advance!!!
