    Trans pan gasket other than cork ???

    Any options other than cork? Rubber lined plastic/steel maybe? Where to buy it? My pan gasket is leaking and I want to replace it with something other than cork. My neighbor is a master mechanic and recommends rtv but I'm thinking no.

    When is track too cold to run??

    Planning on a trip to New England drag way Saturday and temps may be 30-40 in the am then maybe top at 54 degrees. Are 30's to 40's too cold ??? Ran a descent time last weekend and want to better it.

    Extended crank?

    When I go to start car it has a extended crank then a pop sound from intake. This is a new problem as this car all ways ran well. I'm new to the turbo Ts so unsure where to go. Has plenty of fuel pressure . Around 40. Almost feels like a timing issue. Module? Crank sensor? Any help at all...

    Light/soft metallic scrape sound from ???

    It appears to be coming from turbo ( hard to tell), goes away when engine warms up. I removed turbo and inspected housing , it looks clean with no scrapes around impellers . I replaced bushings anyways . Reinstalled and noise continues when cold. WTF? By the way this happens with serpent belt...

    Too much oil pressure from turbo feed line.

    My car has a high pressure oil pump. 40 psi at idle and 60 at full rpm. I noticed a slight leak at exhaust wheel oil seal. I have read about installing a restrictor before turbo. The line going to turbo is currently 1/4 inch. The drain is stock Oem . I'm running a te-60. Any input would be...
