Fuel pump was replaced in 2010 with a standard AcDelco. I am having the valve cover gaskets and rear main seal replaced, along with fuel filter, brake fluid and coolant flush. Trying to figure out what else I should have done as preventative maintenance while it’s at the shop.

At what point do some items need to be replaced simply due to age? Such as fuel injectors, fuel pump, radiator? Or other fuel and cooling system parts?

John Orlowski in Crystal Lake. I’ve had no luck with Rick either. Sounds like you didn’t have a good experience with SP. I’m not looking for electrical, more mechanical in terms of oil leaks. Would you recommend them for that?

Yes, all hoses and clamps have been upgraded with carbon fiber. Turbo has been replaced with one from a Cummins motor.

Thanks for the comments. I'm not concerned with difficulty to replace it. I'm concerned about potential value impact due to the fender bolts being spun. I think documenting the repair as suggested would be fine for a Turbo Buick enthusiast. But would someone else feel the same way that doesn't...
