Does anyone know where to get all new bolts for the entire front end sheetmetal? I don't want to have fresh paint everwhere and have 33year old bolts and clips. Does anyone make a kit with all of the bolts and retainer nuts you need to put the whole front end back together?

Does anyone have the specs for the bellhousing bolts? Getting close to bolting the trans to the TA motor and want to get new bolts from AlloyBoltz but I need to give them the specs.

I have my 86 pulled completely apart and was originally just going to go full AC delete and blank it over. Anyone do the Vintage Air kit available through Nick/GNS? Not having air or heat will limit driving the car a little I am sure so I am reconsidering the decision. Any thoughts gentleman?

I got my new CCW LM5 rims last night! The brakes fit and the stance if pretty good. 275/35/18 in the back and 245/40/18 in the front.

I am in the process of putting a Detroit Speed Suspension on my 87 GN and I figured I should clean up the exposed parts of the frame a little bit and POR-15 it. The area under the upper A arm cleaned up pretty good with some brakecleen but the rest of it has something else on it. Not sure what...

86 GN is in for a full paint. Body is in very good shape with almost no rust. The questions is take it down to bare metal or can we stop at the primer. I have heard that if the primer was baked on and is in good shape it is better to stop there. What do you guys think?

Does anyone run drag shocks on the street? My 86 is primarily a street car that makes an occasional track pass. Are there any downsides to running Competition Engineering Drag shocks on all 4 corners on the street?

Broken hearted again

Great day at Cecil today. Weather was excellent. Ran a new best of 11.25 on drag radials. Here is the run: 60' 1.637 1/8 7.159 @96.69 mph 1/4 11.257@118.83 mph Banning was knocking on the 10s early in the day. Never heard a final time but I am sure he made a 10.90 before it was over.

This transmission absolutely rocks! First time to the track with the new transmission and a new best of 11:37@118.8mph. Full throttle shifts were perfect. Thanks Bruce and Mark. :D
