3 1/2" stainless downpipe, not 100% confident on the brand as I purchased it through a 3rd party but it was new when I got it roughly 4 years ago. Maybe a guru here can help jog my memory. I did have to slightly massage the header side for clearance . Comes as shown with DEI wrap...450 shipped...
