Whats up family. This my first time replacing ball joints, so excuse me if this is a crazy question. I just bought some upper ball joints for my GN. They are made by a company called Autocraft. When i opened the package up, they were seperated like in the pic. Do they suppose to be like that?

Hey there family. I went to change the rearend fluid on my 87 gn and noticed the 3/8 fill plug kinda rounded out by the previous owner. I dont even feel like messing with it if i dont have to. My question is, is there a cheaper option other than the $150+ diff cover with the fill plug in them?
