Your car will need to me in a good state of tune because Ethanol is still a hydrocarbon based fuel. However the numbers will be lower using it and you should pass the sniff test fairly easy if again the car is in a good state of tune. Just running a 50/50 mix used to drop the numbers pretty good.

I'm assuming that starting Jan 2012 those of us in the counties required for the TSI emission test will not longer have to perform the test( Tailpipe sniffer ) and only a visual will apply? Do not run that car like that long, the SeaFoam works great but it thins the oil. +1 from ~JM~ A better solution is to run 20/50 oil with a quart of Marvel Mystery Oil. You'll need a ZDDP supplement as well( with every oil change ) if you are not running a roller cam.

Isn't the Hellwig bar smaller @ 1" compared to the ATR or Full Throttler bar @ 1 3/8" ?? Just wondering why you wouldn't go with the bigger bar
