i just repaired my cracked header, is it true that the torque strap can contribute to the header on the drivers side cracking?

this is my 1st gn. do you have to remove the turbo with the passenger side header or can you leave it on. i am doing this because my drivers side has the crack in it that everyone gets from time to time and just want to clean everything up and make it look nice.

i am in the process of getting my gn ready for some paint. i took the bumpers off and was wondering if anyone has ever got thiers powder coated, and how would they hold up.

does the stock fan supose to run when the car is first cranked up? i always thought that it came on when when it reaches a set temp. if not could a fan sensor be bad?

i was just wondering if there would be a benefit to plugging off the coolant passages to the throttlebody. the reason being after car is hot you would be circulating hot coolant through the throttlebody there by heating up the inlet air. would this be correct? just curious to yalls thoughts on this.
