Was thinking OP had a current draw on battery after 2 days other then an actual short circuit that would have blown fuse.

Recharge battery and check car in the dark. The cig/clock fuse feeds trunk light, under hood light, glovebox light and footwell lights that might not be noticed as staying on during daytime.

Looking at electrical diagram, the fuseable link feeds 12v common to low speed contact then on to high speed. Agree that probably an open circuit if no 12v at low speed contact red wire. Double check wire connectors and how they're crimped for continuity.

Hope this diagram helps. High and low speed relays, normally open contacts, are fed by same fusible link (red wires). Low speed relay is energized by ECM coolant signal then n.o. contacts close to deliver 12v(red wire) through contacts and along black/red wire to fan resistor and to fan.

Use this schematic of window circuit along with a test meter to check if 12vdc from fuse is present at master door switch (F). Then check to see ground is good to same switch (A) because it's common to both door switches. It's possible that bad master switch would cause passenger side to not...

Check for pump output voltage across + and - with voltmeter on D.C. scale as you press test button. If no power check fuse at power distribution box.
