Great thread! I really enjoyed reading about your progress. I am in a similar boat as you , car has a lot of the same old school mods you had and it's been sitting for probably 8 years now. I am getting motivated to get going on a spring cleaning and bringing the car into 2021!

This is sad. Most likely whoever stole it has no clue the history of this. I knew Lloyd just from Falls Auto and local car shows, but did not know the real back story on this car. Not sure why it was just sitting outside on the lot though if it was such a valuable piece.

I have BFG drag radials 275/50/15 on 15x8 Welds with 3.5" back spacing with no rub issues. Can't fit a finger between tire and frame rail but no issues

I'd go 2-1/2 SS also. I've got the Tial 38mm gate which came from Jack and it's really a nice piece. Fit right in place of my POS old ATR external gate.
