Looking at this turbo for my 270" stage 2. Am I better off with a 76/75?

PT 76/75 CEA H cover 4" in 3" out .96A/R with a 3 5/8 discharge rated at 1200hp. PT 76/75 GT42 cover not sure on inlet outlet size but the A/R .98/.1.12/1.28 with a 4 5/8 discharge rated 1200HP Can they both be 1200hp with over an inch difference in the turbine outlet and the GT42 cover?
