  • Hi Nick Here are the results of my trouble shooting so far. Good compression on all six cylinders,all six plugs are firing, checked for injector pulse with noid light all good, 38 psi fuel pressure at the rail, replaced cam sensor, set per gm service manual, car did start 3 times after cam sensor replacement but ran very bad ,moved cam sensor just a tiny bit car hasn't started since.
    Hi Nick. U sell Walbro 340 FP's? How much $ & when can be shipped. Car conked out next to a shop , do believe is pump. I'm leaving Ca. for next several days see dad before passes & funeral, backed up at work, will have to tow etc., so have shop do install instead & don't want a factory replacement.     Got the dw pump you sent me in but no fuel pressure. I can hear the pump run. Is it possible it's running backwards ? It's hooked up red to red wired to old walbro harness.
    Just got our first e-85 station here and would like to convert my 87 limited to e-85.

    Car has run mid 11s with race gas and alky but no money anymore to go faster. After reading e-85 forum I'm wondering if dw pump, 80lb injectors and turbo tweak e-85 chip with stock fuel lines is enough for street driving.

    I just degreed my stock turbo cam..it's insalled at 105..seems oksy to me; what's your opinion. This is a stock cam, heads, 49turbo and the usual add ons..mainly street car. Thanks, Bob

    Hey Nick these are the bolt on type pedestals. Not the stock style. I know I had them a long time ago. The six pedestal bolts and the nine shaft nuts.

    What is the torques on the T/A SE heads rocker pedestals bolts and the rocker shaft nuts for the life of me I can't find them,

    My car has around 3k Street miles on the new stage2 build. I checked my valve lash and all were between 14 to 16 but the drivers side rear cylinder. it was loose. 23 or so. It this something that I should keep an eye on? Thanks

    Nick...I have a stock longblock motor with a te44 and I have been searching the forum for non projected spark plug recommendations. My eyes are starting to cross. Currently running ngk ur5. Car has been 11.60@116. Street driven mostly. Track once a year. Looking at ar133.134.135. Am I even close. Thanks in advance.
    Nick…I’m selling my 87 White “T” and wondered if you know anyone who might be interested …the car runs low 10’s…has a lot of good parts on it and I just got the tranny refreshed by Lonnie Diers…the car is streetable…I drive it to the track…car shows…etc…asking $15,000…I can provide pics and more details…thanks

    I have been hanging around www.pro-touring.com for a while now. You might want to check it out...join the site and maybe do some advertising? There are about 200 g-body's over there and many are into pro-touring...may well be a market there for your Vintage Air kit. check it out at www.pro-touring.com/forum/general discussion/open (pro-touring) discussion/g-body roll call.

    Nick I recently installed my dual fans (i think they say made in China on them) with the supplied Caspers Electronics dual fan relay conversion harness #109069. Plug and play is the way it was supposed to be , but when I started my 87GN and the temp on the scanmaster reached 165 i saw smoke coming from the new conversion wiring harness and One of the relays was hot.

    Dennis in Alaska here. Hey do you remember what cam/lifters you put back into that Limited of Gregs? Also do you install Alky systems? I may want to have you install one on that car for me if you do that?

    Thanks for the response for a roller cam just the roller button with the spring is need and no fromt cover mod is need if it is a billet roller would you have the parts I need to set it up?
