The guy who owned my car for a few years put the Baer SS4+ front brakes on the car and light braking like coming to a stop light they squeal so loud you can hear it echo off near by buildings.

I have seen others with this problem. Anyone know what the fix was?
I got a set of street pads I can on it. Should I have the rotors turned at all? There are under 1500 miles on the brakes.

Call Rick Elam at Baer and ask him if they came up with a fix for that.

I'll have to try and call. Last post I saw from him was about the aggressive pad used in them and proper bedding. No clue if the guy who put it on did the bedding. He had it for almost exactly 2 years and that was one of the first things he did and he did good with the other mods he did. I almost wish he put the blazer brakes on that I had most of the part for when I sold it to him.

I had the same problem. it is the pads. A less aggressive pad will help.
