He doesn't want to buy it back but always wondered what happened to it.. His name is Paul and lived in SW MI area.. maybe NW Indiana at the time.. do you have any info on the car I can pass on to him? He was the original owner and I know he still has some literature for it.
I do floor coatings for a living part time.. epoxy has a 1 year warranty and has been doing the same thing for 50 years... failing. I have gone in 3 days later and cut a Menards do it yourself floor off that a contractor put down... It will cost more to cut off a bad floor than to put down a...
That makes sense.. none the less the 305 will bog at the D, OD shift.. If I leave it in D I have no issue. I just hope its the weak 305 and not a trans issue. I will adjust the TV cable and go from there I guess. Funny you responded as I was just looking into the Dynamic EFI for this truck...
I'm pretty sure this is the guy I went to check out for a moderator here awhile back. He had a Middlebury IN address... the house was vacant and no signs of anyone. It was a few years ago when this whole deal went down.

I just bought a 87 Silverado w a 700r4 the owner claims to have just freshened up. I see a new converter in there too. The problem is on the highway when it shifts to overdrive it acts like it is surging in between D and OD. it shifts firm all the rest of the time and doesn't always happen. Im...
I need to install vacuum brakes on my 86 T type. Is there another donor car that the assembly can be used from besides the G body? I have an 86 chevy celebrity I can pick from. Any other options?
I think it's to late to save face on this deal for the dealer....in the beginning no one would have heard about it or they would have been the greatest dealer for doing it and received props if they replaced it with new... now seems too little too late.... but with a lawyer involved now along...
How about a black friday sale on these bad boys instead? I am all for a free giveaway but I am never that lucky..lol. And I need 2 sets of fronts and 1 rear...lol
I have no great stories but back when I was in Norwalk years ago BobbyBuick bought his grey T from a police auction (i think) and told about the empty 45 bullet casings under the rear seat when he tore it apart. The stories that car could tell... or any car for that fact...lol
I think the tire was the Firehawk indy 500.. I think I still have a set on some goofy chrome wheels that came on my T type...lol.. I worked at Firestone in the early 90s to support my college fund. Those were the days...lol
