My Mechanic told me the original lubricant had turned to the consistency of 'glue' and caused it to stick. I just hope whatever lubricant in a can he sprayed in both ends works. Its not bouncing or squeaking now. I'll find out for sure tomorrow when I pick it up.

With my common combo in the 03 regal GS....my 3.2 pulley does 13.5 PSI on cold days 13.0's on hot. I Too had a low 3 PSI boost problem not too long ago and posted on this forums under "gawd diddly dammit....low boost!" Hope it helps! =P

I went with a ZZP Wizaired kit and its loud enuff to drown out just about anything next to me! I'm at 2:06 taking on and scaring the SS camaro !
